Spring is in the Air!

Hello Neighbors and Happy Spring!

We hope you have been enjoying the (mostly) nice weather and are looking forward to Spring activities and Spring cleaning (notice the great work the City did on the quick water?)!   Speaking of which, here are some notable events:

Great American Cleanup – this will be Saturday, April 29th beginning at 9:00 a.m.  We will have more details as the date gets closer and hope to see many of you there.

Ladera Medians Update – The City of Albuquerque is having a meeting to review the landscaping on the Ladera medians, Atrisco to Ouray. The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 6:00 pm at the Don Newton / Taylor Ranch Community Center.

Bernalillo Open Space Activities – Did you know that the County has a great agenda of free activities and training programs at the open space ?  You can check out the events and register here.

If you’re looking for ideas to help with Spring Cleaning, you can re-visit our earlier post about “making the most of waste” for ideas and information on clearing out green, hazardous and other trash.  We’ll let you know when the next curbside green waste day will be.

Looking forward to seeing you in April!
