Voter Information

Hello Neighbors!

Election time is upon us, and no matter your political perspective, this election is important on not only a national, but local level. Many judicial, state government, and other races are contested and your vote counts!  Here’s what you need to know (courtesy of BernCo):

Visit www.bernco.gov/MyVoteCenter for election information, early voting locations and more

  • Early Voting Convenience Centers Open on Saturday, Oct. 22
  • All early voting locations will be open Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., from Oct.22 to Nov. 5, with three exceptions:
    • Clerk’s Annex, 1500 Lomas Blvd. NW, opens Oct. 11, Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. – 8p.m. until Nov. 5;
    • Desiderio Community Center in Tohajiilee, Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Sat. 8a.m. – noon;
    • Isleta Recreation Center, Building 60, Tribal Road 40 on the Isleta Pueblo, Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

On Election Day, Nov. 8, all 69 locations will be open 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Visit www.bernco.gov/myvoterinformation on a computer or mobile device to check voter
registration status, view a sample ballot, request an absentee ballot, or find a nearby polling location.

    FREE Mental Health First Aid Course
    Saturday, May 20, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    Bernalillo County Sheriff's Regional Training Academy, 415 Tijeras Ave. NW, 4th floor
    An eight-hour training certification course which teaches participants the potential risk factors and warning signs for a range of mental health problems.     The Northwest Area Command Community Policing Council meetings are held the second Monday of every month at 6:00 PM. The meeting is at the Northwest Area Command Substation located at 10401 Cibola Loop, NW 87114 across from Cibola High School.
